ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA RUMAH ROTI DI SINGARAJA

This study aims to determine and analyze the SWOT analysis, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a Strategy Analysis for the Development of a Rumah Roti Business in Singaraja City. This research is a type of descriptive research, namely collecting data to answer questions from research subjects by collecting through a list of questions in a survey. This study uses the triangulation method. The population in this study is the Rumah Roti. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis research method. The results of the study show that currently Rumah Roti has taken full advantage of the opportunities that exist. The strategy implemented by Rumah Roti has not fully used a good development strategy, for that Rumah Roti must implement a strategy that is suitable for optimizing competitiveness and managing the community, so Rumah Roti can increase the number of customers.
